If the fourth section of the crane arm cannot retract after the second and third sections are retracted, it is mostly caused by a malfunction of the electro-hydraulic reversing valve. If the third and fourth sections of the crane arm cannot retract after the second section of the crane arm is retracted, it is mostly caused by a malfunction of the electro-hydraulic reversing valve. If the fourth section of the boom cannot retract after the second and third sections of the boom have retracted. Cranes are often caused by faults in electro-hydraulic directional valves.
