1. General hook bridge crane

The universal hook bridge crane consists of a metal structure, a large vehicle operating mechanism, a small vehicle operating mechanism, a lifting mechanism, an electrical and control system. The retrieval device is a hook. For those with a rated lifting capacity of less than 10 tons, there is usually one lifting mechanism. For those with a rated lifting capacity of more than 5 tons, there are usually two main and auxiliary lifting mechanisms. This type of crane can load, unload, and transport materials and equipment in various operating environments.

2. Grab bucket bridge crane

The picking device of the grab bucket bridge crane is the grab bucket, which is connected to the grab bucket, lifting mechanism, and opening and closing mechanism with steel wire ropes. Mainly used for loading, unloading, and lifting operations of bulk cargo, scrap steel, wood, and other materials. This type of crane has the same structural components as a general hook bridge crane, except for the lifting and closing mechanism. Its lifting capacity is less than 20 tons per ship.

3. Electromagnetic bridge crane

The basic structure of an electromagnetic bridge crane is the same as that of a hook bridge crane, except that a DC lifting electromagnet (called an electromagnetic disk) is hung on the hook to lift black metal and its products with magnetic conductivity. Usually, the structure of the lifting mechanism installed on the bridge deck is the same as that of the hook bridge crane, except that the entire set of electrical equipment used has explosion-proof performance to prevent explosions or combustion accidents caused by electric sparks during the use of the crane. Mainly used in workshops, warehouses or other places with flammable and explosive materials. At present, there are many product specifications.

4. Insulated hook bridge crane

This type of lifting sail structure is basically the same as the general hook bridge crane, but it is required to install 5 insulation devices in the hook group, trolley frame, and trolley wheel (or under the trolley track) to prevent the current of live equipment from passing through the lifted object and endangering the driver during operation. Mainly used in factories for smelting aluminum and magnesium. At present, there are several products with rated lifting capacities of 5, 10, 15/3t, etc.

5. Hulu double beam bridge crane

This crane is a hook bridge crane with the same bridge structure as a general hook bridge crane, and also uses a lifting trolley. However, the lifting mechanism on the trolley frame is an electric hoist, rather than an electric motor reducer drum system. This type of crane is a new product developed in recent years, with the characteristics of small overall height, light weight of the trolley, and low center of mass. Currently, the rated lifting capacity has reached over 30 tons. Its adaptability is also very broad.
