The operating system of the telescopic container crane
A telescopic top lifting device designed for handling containers with a load capacity of up to 41 tons, designed for installation on mobile port cranes; The powerful and fundamental concept provides obvious advantages, such as two parallel telescopic beams, ensuring greater overlap; The size of the beam section can not only absorb vertical forces, but also considerable hydraulic forces.
Remote system: Expansion is powered by a hydraulic cylinder inside each beam.
Gravity adjustment: Gravity adjustment is performed by a hydraulic cylinder at the top of the host.
Flip system: All six side flipers are powered by two well installed hydraulic cylinders.
Hydraulic system: Dual electric motors and pump components ensure that both beams expand and contract simultaneously. The lifting device can be operated using an electric motor and pump.
Control and protection system: The control voltage on the lifting device is always converted to 24V DC to ensure reliability. The electrical system always monitors the status of the lifting equipment. When the lifting device is correctly positioned, locked or unlocked, the indicator light will notify the operator. Each signal is a prerequisite for the important protective function of the lifting device. Expansion, contraction, and lifting are interrupted.
