1、 Selection of Crane Models

Under normal circumstances, the lifting weight is below 50t and the span is within 35m. There are no special usage requirements, a single main beam type should be used. If door foot width, high working speed, or frequent lifting of heavy and long objects are required, a double beam crane should be chosen.

2、 Span and Suspension Beam Length

The span of a crane is an important factor affecting the quality of the crane itself. When selecting, the span should be minimized while meeting the equipment usage conditions and the span series standards.

3、 Principles for determining the track

(a) Can meet the stability requirements of the frame along the direction of the crane track.

(b) The external dimensions of the goods should pass through the flat steel frame of the support legs.

During the work process, the crane should have a certain spatial dimension between the external dimensions and the cargo yard and the transport vehicle's cargo yard to facilitate loading and unloading operations. When ordinary transport vehicles load and unload goods within a span range, they should maintain a distance of at least 0.7m from the door legs. When the lifting device is not working, the distance from the transport vehicle should be greater than 0.5m. When goods pass through the door, a distance of at least 0.5m should be maintained.
