Analysis of Shandong Single Beam Crane Manufacturers: What is the difference between single beam cranes and electric hoists
Single beam crane usually refers to a single beam crane. Its working range is larger than that of monorail cranes and electric hoists, so its application range is wider than both. It is a small lifting equipment used in the workshop, with a single beam crane capable of lifting 20 tons of heavy objects. Single girder cranes can be divided into LX suspension cranes and LDA single box girder bridge cranes.
Electric hoists can be divided into CD type single speed electric hoists and MD type two speed electric hoists. Usually installed on lifting equipment, such as single beam cranes and single beam gantry cranes. It can also be installed separately on a fixed I-beam track. Equipment used for lifting and transporting heavy objects, with tracks available in straight, circular, S-shaped, etc., which can be flexibly arranged according to the site. Electric hoist with track is a simple electric monorail crane. The lifting device has a small volume, light weight, simple operation, and is easy to use on fixed flow production lines. Electric hoists without operating mechanisms can also be used without the need for movement.
Single beam cranes can perform lifting and handling operations on their own, and electric hoists are used as lifting mechanisms to achieve three-dimensional movement of heavy objects in front, back, left, right, and up and down directions. Electric hoists are usually connected to other mechanisms used for lifting work. Heavy objects can only be operated within a single or two-dimensional space, without the operating range of a single beam crane.
